Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lockwood’s Ranch for your membership and event needs. We strive to provide exceptional experiences and services to all our customers. In the event that you need to request a refund, please review the following policy.

Membership Refunds:

  • Membership fees are fully refundable within three (3) days of purchase.
  • Refund requests for membership fees must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by management.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Event Refunds:

  • Paid event fees are fully refundable if cancelled within three (3) days of the event date.
  • Refund requests for event fees must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by management.
  • No refunds will be issued for event cancellations made after the three-day window.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Events that are cancelled beyond the three-day window are non-refundable.
  • Lodging deposits are non-refundable after three (3) days of booking.

Refund Processing:

  • All refund requests must be submitted to our customer service team.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days upon approval by management.
